Warehouse Procedures - Furniture items are stored in a safe, dry, dust free environment and are packed to minimise damage. Furniture items are received and dispatched for re-use, disposal or storage. Giraffe Removals and Storage provide a storage information telephone service between normal business hours and when required 24 hours, 7 days a week. We currently provide a time efficient system of dispatching furniture from store:

• Receive order via email, fax or phone
• Request processed through Warehouse Manager
• Item in store can be delivered within 24 hours
• Items signed out of store upon delivery to client. Client to sign item received.

Short and long term storage capabilities - Furniture and other items are able to be stored for any period of time that the client requires.
